Canada
Canadian orders are shipped directly from Mississauga,
Ontario. Your parcel will be delivered to your door
(or location of your choice in Canada), with no customs fees or import duties.
We use Fed Ex to ship parcels in Canada. Delivery
takes from 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
A flat shipping rate of
$12.95
in Canadian dollars is charged for ground
service on orders being delivered within Canada.

Shipping times are based on business days,
and does not include weekends or holidays or the day the
parcel is shipped. Shipments received before 12 noon
EST are usually shipped the same day. Shipments
received after 12 noon EST are shipped the next business day.
Severe weather may also delay shipments.
Parcels are shipped by Fed Ex, except for the Territories,
and remote locations; where we use Canada Post. Please call us
if you prefer your parcels shipped by another delivery
Method. Special requests can be made, however this may increase
the delivery time and shipping cost.
Rush Courier Services (1-3 Business Days)
Rush Courier Service is available, however it
is expensive. As a general guide rush courier
service rates,
range from $40 to $85 or more, depending on the
destination, size, and the weight of the parcel.
If
you require rush courier services, please place your order online and at the payment
screen select the phone payment option. In this way
we will have all pertinent information when we contact you
in regards to rush courier shipping charges.
We will then email or call within 24 (excluding
weekends) to provide an accurate
shipping amount.
Remote Locations
Remote locations are areas that have no
year round road or ferry service connections to provincial
highways. Remote locations in Northern Ontario and
Northern Quebec takes 6 days for delivery. For all other
remote locations, delivery may take up to 14 Days.
High
Arctic and Extreme Remote Locations
Due to the expiration of a cost sharing program, we regret
that we can no longer subsidize shipments going to the
High Arctic and other extreme remote locations that can only be
supplied by Air Service.
At present, these locations include the entire territory
of Nunavut, and the towns of Norman Wells, NWT
and Fort Good Hope, NWT.
You should place your order online and at the payment
screen select the phone payment option. In this way
we will have all pertinent information when we contact you
in regards to remote surcharges. We will then email or call within 24
(excluding
weekends) to provide an accurate
shipping amount.

USA
American orders are
shipped directly from Rochester, New York. Your parcel will be delivered to your door
(or location of your choice in the USA), with no customs fees or import duties.
We charge a flat rate of
$14.95
in US dollars for orders being delivered to the United States.
We use USPS Priority Ground Service to ship parcels in the
USA. Delivery takes from 2 to 7 business days, depending on
your location.

Rush Courier Services (UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select)
Rush Air Service is available, however it
is expensive. As a general guide air service rates,
range from $85 to $140 or more, depending on the
destination, size, and the weight of the parcel.

place your order online and at the payment
screen select the phone payment option. In this way
we will have all pertinent information when we contact you
in regards to rush courier shipping surcharges.
We will then email or call within 24 (excluding
weekends) to provide an accurate
shipping amount.

International
(Outside Canada & USA)
We will also ship to the countries
listed on the order checkout page. We charge a flat
shipping rate of $79.95 to these countries.
International customers should be aware that sizing of
clothing can vary between countries and manufactures.
There is no guarantee sizing between different name brands
will be the same.
The customer may make a return for an exchange or refund,
however, in many situations the cost to ship, including
custom charges, duties and foreign taxes are the
customer's responsibility, and this could add up to more
than the items worth.
Please verify with your shipper and customs office prior
to sending anything back, as HTTP Web Sales will not
accept any items returned with these associated charges,
or if they are accepted back, the charges will be
deducted from the refund. The customer is also
responsible for the exchange shipping fee.

and Refused Parcel policy, prior to placing your
order.
Oversize Items (Outside Canada &
USA)
The oversize item surcharge applies
to orders containing at least one of the following items:
The Courier companies have made it a
standard practice to enforce minimum density weights on
all shipments.
As a result, a bulky item such as a broom would have its
shipping cost based on a weight of 10 Kg. due to its
shipping volume, instead of the actual shipping weight of
less than 2 Kg.
Since orders containing bulky orders are more expensive to
ship, we have implemented an Oversize Item surcharge of
$134.95 on bulky orders being shipped outside Canada and
the USA.

Back
Orders/ Discontinued Items Our
website is updated on a timely basis for items on back order
and for discontinued items. However inherit delays in
the supply chain, may on rare occasions allow a Back Ordered
or Discontinued item to be ordered, before it can be removed
or updated on the website.
You will be notified of back orders / discontinued items within
24-36 hours (excluding weekends). You have the
option of holding the shipment until the backordered item
arrives in stock, substitute for another item, cancel the
back ordered / discontinued item, or cancel the entire order
if you wish. Your order total will be adjusted
accordingly.
If we receive no correspondence from you, by phone
or email within 5 business days, the remainder of the
order (excluding the back ordered item(s), will be shipped and
you will be refunded for the
unavailable item(s).
You always have the option to re-order the out of stock or substitution
item(s) once it becomes available. This re-order will be
treated as a new order, and all applicable charges will apply, as a new order.
Please note that back orders are few and far between; however, we advise
that Customers order early to allow for any possible
delays.
